We were very disappointed with the room’s unpleasant smell. The bathroom had a terrible drain/sewer odor that lingered throughout our stay. Additionally, the pool was not well-maintained, full of leaves and debris, which ruined our enjoyment.

The breathtaking sea view from our room was unmatched, and the delicious breakfast buffet made our mornings special. We truly appreciated the personal welcome note that added a heartfelt touch to our stay.

Service was friendly, though the reception staff could improve their engagement, particularly when addressing late arrivals. Overall, the experience was luxurious yet had room for service enhancement.

Food and drink costs felt exploitative compared to other amenities. Dining options were overpriced, with even basic items like water charged separately. The absence of a full-sized mirror and lack of adequate toiletries south of expectations for a room priced at this level. A consistent issue with ants appeared in our room, necessitating a trip to reception without a direct contact number available. Expecting a higher standard from a ‘fancy’ place, I found that while the hotel has charm, it lacks important touches for a true luxury experience.

The room was spacious and had a nice balcony with breathtaking sea views. The heated infinity pool was incredible, and the comfortable sun loungers made relaxation easy. Breakfast offered an amazing variety of fresh fruits, pancakes, and coconut milk. Great to have electric shuttle buses to the beach and surrounding areas.
